Convert Excel to PDF with a clean print layout
Turn a spreadsheet into a tidy PDF, with column widths and page breaks handled for you.
Why sheets print badly
Spreadsheets are wider than a page. Printing an Excel file directly often spills columns across extra pages or cuts them off entirely, so the PDF is barely readable.
Export it cleanly
- Upload the .xlsx to the studio.
- Ask for a PDF version with a clean layout.
- Download the result and share it.
What gets fixed
- Columns fit the page instead of running off the edge.
- Page breaks land sensibly, not mid-row.
- Headers repeat where the table spans multiple pages.
- The data stays exactly as-is — only the layout changes.
For reports and approvals
A PDF from a spreadsheet is the fastest way to share numbers for sign-off, since it cannot be accidentally edited. Keep the .xlsx for your own work and send the PDF outward.
