Frequently asked questions

Is the Free plan really free?

Yes — it includes 50 MB of storage and 100 signup credits, with no credit card required.

What are credits?

Credits power the AI. The Free plan starts with 100; paid plans include more each month.

Can I change or cancel my plan?

Yes. Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly and renew automatically, and you can upgrade or cancel anytime.

How long are my files kept?

Files on the Free plan are deleted automatically 7 days after you upload them. On paid plans, we keep them until you delete them, and for 7 days after you cancel.

What file formats does DocLique support?

You can upload PDF, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint files, and turn them into any of those formats — plus more. The output is a real, editable Office file, not a flattened image.

Does DocLique support Arabic and Hebrew (RTL) documents?

Yes. DocLique lays out right-to-left scripts natively, so Arabic and Hebrew paragraphs flow correctly in decks and documents.

Do I need to install anything?

No. DocLique runs entirely in your browser — upload a file, chat with it, and download the result. There is nothing to download or configure.

Can I summarize or extract data before converting?

Yes. You can ask for a summary, pull tables into a spreadsheet, or rewrite sections first, then convert the result — all in the same conversation.

Is the output really editable?

Yes. DocLique generates real Office files — .docx, .xlsx, and .pptx — so fonts, colors, tables, and layout survive. You open the file and keep working.
