Convert PowerPoint to PDF for easy sharing

Send a deck anyone can open — a faithful PDF version of your slides, fonts and layout included.

Why send slides as a PDF

A PDF opens everywhere and looks identical on any device. When a client or teammate does not have PowerPoint — or should not be editing your deck — a PDF is the safest way to share it.

Do it from the chat

  • Upload the .pptx file.
  • Ask for a PDF copy — “turn this deck into a PDF”.
  • Download the PDF and share the link or attach it directly.

What carries over

  • Every slide in order, at full fidelity.
  • Fonts, colors, images, and charts stay in place.
  • Notes and speaker text are not required — the slides alone export cleanly.

When PDF is the right call

Use a PDF when you are sending the deck for review or presentation, and a .pptx when the recipient needs to edit. You can produce both from the same upload in two messages.
